New Determination - I want a costume for Reading Festival

After several months of getting nowhere losing and gaining the same few lbs and being quite a miserable cowbag I have decided enough is enough.

I have planed my weeks extra easy menu's. Used my bonus from work to order a 2 in 1 cross trainer and exersise bike, which will hopefully arrive next Tuesday.

The last two fingers of kit kat hidden in my office draw I have just fed to my MD's dog (Freddie is a lovely little Jack Russel who come to work with my MD every day)

I will do my very best to be more positive. Summer is coming. Reading Festival is only 16 weeks way. If I try really hard I can get to 9 stone something by then and have a fab costume to wear rather than hiding under jeans and a t-shirt.

EEEk chocolate can be very poisoness to dogs, just as well there aint much chocolate on a kit kat.
