I usually do mainly green days with a couple of extra easy. I did mostly EE last week, lost half a lb this week which I know isnt bad but my losses are usually more. I intended to do a full week of EE to give it a fair go this week but also planned to go out and have a few drinks Sat night so am a bit nervous now that I won't lose or even gain. I know it could be all sorts of reasons why I had a smaller than usual loss but I felt had been pretty good on plan.
I think I need to do it just for curiosity and if it doesn't work for me as well as I want go back to doing the greens so time will tell I suppose!
