Hi just wondered what points I can gain from walking, swimming etc has anyone got any ideas that would be great x

The answer is... 'it depends'! The points you get vary depending on your current weight, and length and intensity of your exercise.

It does all depend, I found this web calculator which I tend to use as a guide only Web Points Calculator. Might help a bit.

Its about 0.5 points out. I have 1.5 points and that worked out at 2 :)

i was wondering this also lol just been swimming and i did 25 lengths in 50mins but unsure whether this is classed as moderate or high intensity :( anyone help plz? Thank you x

Lol thank you!! Im suffering for it now though ha :) i havent been for years but went and brought costume and went for it! Best thing about it though is there is a scheme by me set up by council i didnt know about called be active and you get a card and swim for free :) hehe so ill be going more lol bit confused what to class as intensity though if high its 7 if mod its 3 lol so bit of a difference maybe i should just class it as 5 :D xxx

I put mine down as moderate as don't want to get it wrong and give myself too many points lol, but i was absolutely hanging by the time i finished running! I'm doing WW online so just put all the info in, and that's how it came up with the activity points on my tracker, but i can't find anywhere saying we have to do 10,000 steps before it kicks in. Pretty confused now lol x

I would say moderate too, as long as you weren't stopping between lengths, otherwise I would say low. I think there is something somewhere in the books which says how to decide on low/moderate/high.
