I Have Had Such A Bad Day Today , With Stress And Family Problems And Feeling Down About Myself In Every Way !!

I Have Been 100 % Up Till Tonight :eek:
I Had A Few Chips And A Sausage As I Was So Down :cry: - Now I Feel Sick And Annoyed That I Even Gave In !!

My Family Only Care About Everyone Else And Not Me And It Gets Too Me Alot !

I Hope I Haven't Ruined My Chances And Hope I Can Get Back In To Ketosis ASAP !!

I Feel So Bad Now - Well it Serve's Me Right I Suppose :cry:

Back On It Tomorrow 100 % And Im Not Giving In Ever Again !!

Ah hun. Dont worry about it. Just put it out of you head now. Whats done is done and you cant change it now. Please dont beat yourself up about it. Fresh start and 100% from here all in. You can do it!!!!

Oh well, back on the wagon!!! Look, this is the kind of emotional eating that has put many of us where we are. We eat when we are happy, angry, sad, annoyed etc etc. When you are tempted to reach for something, just take a few secs to ask yourself "Why". I have found this helped me as I have always been an emotional eater. I try to stop and think now.
Lots of luck with staying strong from now on!!

If ever you are feeling down again like that, come on here for some support before you are tempted to eat again. If your family are not supportive, come on here because we all are! Hope you have a better day today.
 
I am only on day 2 so not really in a position to give advice. I only know that we are all in the same boat. When we are down we turn to food. We all have days where everything gets on top of us. The old way would have been to eat something nice and have a false sense of satisfaction - for me anyway. I find this forum excellent and I would hope that when I hit the wall ( which no doubt I will), I will have support here on the forum to get me over it.

Dont beat yourself up - you have done 9 days already and lost a lot of weight. You had a hiccup, you just have to put it behind you and look forward.

Stick with it, that little black dress is waiting!!!

Dear A Whole New Me,

I can completely understand. I was also on day 10 yesterday - we must be on the same schedule and felt so many of the same things as you. I was so very down in the dumps and not feeling great and I was sooo angry and narky!
And then I had some chicken, I didn't feel great after it and I feel even worse this morning.
It was everything building up and day 10 was hard. But I'm trying to be more positive today, move on from yesterday and be in better spirits.

I hope you're feeling better and ready to move on :)
 
Oh dear pet. Sorry that you feel so down and that your family have little time for you. It is always a lonely time when you are dieting, particularly when it is such an extreme diet but don't despair. You are not alone, we are all here for you.

Next time you feel the urge to cheat - go and brush your teeth (to put your taste buds off the scent!) then come on here and have a good moan. Just remember how lousy you felt after eating, all your problems from which you were seeking comfort were still there after your last mouthful of sausage. It wasn't a cure or solution; it's really not worth it. Chin up, it's not the end of the world.

Sorry you had such a crap day. Glad to see you have been 100% today- keep it going. Everyone has given you great advice. The reason most of us are here in the first place is becasue we didn't know how to control our eating habits or used food for comfort etc. You need to find something that works for you to substitute this with.
Maybe a bath, walk or treat yourself to something nice.
And to all those people giving you a hard time stick two fingers up and stick with this. Think how fab you will look and how much confidence you will have when you reach your goal :)
