I apologise in advance if you have already tried these or heard of this but i have only just learnt this quick and tasty way to make fried potato slices.
Get a tin of new potatoes in salted water from any supermarket, i bought a meduim tin for 47p from Sainsburys.
Drain the water away from the potatoes. Spray a frying pan with frylight and slice the potatoes into the pan, it takes about 20 mins of occasionally flipping the potatoes but they start to crisp up and are lovely served with bacon and egg or as a side with any meal.
Definately a quick and easy filler on green or extra easy days.
