Hi Guys,
I tried the EE plan a couple of months ago and fell off the wagon so I then tried ww and found that i was just too hungry so kept on going over my points :sigh:.
Now I'm gonna give the EE plan another go and I'm planning to go to my first ever meeting next week!
I was just wondering if someone wouldn't mind going over what I've eaten today so I can make sure I'm on the right track and correct anything that I'm doing wrong!
Breakfast - Banana, pear, mullerlight
Lunch - Batchelors pasta n sauce macaroni cheese flavour (made with water,not milk)
Dinner - Pasta, Tuna & mayo (2.5syns for mayo) 42g low fat cheddar (HXA)
Rocket Lolly (2.5 syns??)
Snacks - Banana, 2 alpen light bars (HXB)
SW Quiche (1 slice)
