At moment doing it alone ,which is going well most of the time,as how I work cant get to the local class every week,in the past have also gone to class , & had fab results Ive got the ich lss plan book find this forum great support & the rc site
I am doing it on my own too, although I have the Inch Loss Plan book. I am on week 3 of the diet but week 1 of the exercise. Am climbing a mountain in August and I dont want to fail so that is my motivation and it seems to be working right now
I go to classes and I need to stand in front of someone when i get on the scales. I could never do it at home alone, not without the support from my instructor and getting the regular exercise.
