Thought id start this to get people up to date on how ive been doing.

All started on the 30th December when i got weighed at by my nurse - 18 stone 4lb :cry:

Week1 - 7th Jan - 17 stone 14lbs, -4lb's

Week2 - 14th Jan - 17 stone 8lbs, -6lb's

Week3 - 21st Jan - 17 stone 6lbs, -2lb's

Week4 - 29th Jan - 17 stone 2lbs, -4lb's :)1 stone gone:)

Week5 - 4th Feb - 17 stone 2lbs, STS

Week6 - 11th Feb - 17 stone, -3lb's

Week7 - 18th Feb - 16 stone 10lbs, -4lb's

Week8 - 25th Feb - 16 stone 7lbs, -3lb's

Week9 - 5th March - 16 stone 6lbs, -1lb's

Week10 - 11th March - 16 stone 6lbs, STS

Week11 - 18th March - 16 stone 2lbs, -4lb's :)2 stone gone:)

Week12 - 25th March - 16 stone, -2lb's

Week13 - 1st April - 15 stone 13lbs, -2lb's

Week14 - 8th April - 15 stone 13lbs, STS

Week15 - 15th April - 15 stone 10lbs, -3lb's

Week16 - 22nd April - 15 stone 7lbs, -3lb's

Week17 - 29th April - 15 stone 6lbs, -1lb's

Week18 - 6th May - 15 stone 1lbs, -5lb's :) 3 stone gone :)

Week19 - 13th May - 15 stone, -1lbs

Week20 - 20th May - 14 stone 13lbs, -2lbs

Week21 - 27th May - 14 stone 9lbs, -4lbs

Week22 - 2nd June - 14 stone 7lbs, -2lbs

Week23 - 9th June - 14 stone 6lbs, -1lb

Week24 - 16th June - 14 stone 4lbs, -2lbs :) 4 stone gone.

Week25 - 23rd June - 14 stone 1lbs, -3lbs

Week26 - 30th June -

oh forgot to say, thursday is my weigh in day :)
 
No diet at all, just cut portion size down and slightly healthier eating, used to eat out quite alot too now its quite rare and when i do i choose healthier options x

Very impressive- I admire you as when I tried to just cut back, it all went wrong so WELL DONE! Are you exercising at all? I'm really interested to know your secret as it could help me at the maintainance stage. xxx
 
I do 3 times a week at the gym and rollerskate on sunday nights lol.

and i suppose i walk more than i did x
 
i accidently weighed myself hehe.

-4lbs since thursday and that was after dinner! lol
 
Thank you! i should have waited till thursday really but maybe i will have lost another 1lb then! lol

thank youuuu, i wanted to lose 8lb this month think im gonna up it to 12lbs!

so 7lbs to go!
 
had a half way weigh in and i was the same as last week! lets hope ill loss some before thursday
 
Some weeks go like that, it's just your body finding a balance so try not to feel too bad if you do maintain- it will come of next week x
 
only 1lb this week! but still means ive lost which i didnt expect and means ive lost 6lbs in 2 weeks!
