Hello everyone!

This is my food/exercise diary and I would thank all feedback you may give me;)

I did JUDDD during a few days, but I couldn't study on downdays (my brain was starving:p). So I'll just do my own calorie cycling.
 
Yesterday (1 May - Saturday):

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal
Lunch: broccoli dish and two apples
Dinner: whole wheat pasta with sesame seeds and one apple
Total: 1110 calories

Yesterday I didn't exercise, but I'm looking forward some activity today;)
