Strained Yoghurt

Hi All, Does anyone know if strained yoghurt (0%) is free?

Are strained yoghurt & natural yoghurt the same thing?

Not quite. Strained yoghurt is just what it says - natural yoghurt that has been strained, traditionally through muslin, to remove the whey or liquid part. Strained yoghurt is more commonly sold as greek yoghurt here.
