5lbs in a week thanks to Wii fit!!

It's been a week now since I succumbled to the lure of the special offer in Argos on Wii fit plus. Keeping to an average of 1200 calories a day, but adding 30 minutes of aerobic exercise daily, and I dared to check the results of a body test just now, almost a week to the minute since my initial test. 5lbs loss in one week!!!! And according to Wii fit my BMI is out of the obese category and 'only' overweight for the first time since I can remember. What a great feeling

yay congrats! I remember how happy i was when it went from obese to overweight! Just think soon it will be saying Normal for you!! WOOT!

congratulations that must be a great feeling. I have a wii fit and been debating on whether or not to buy the activefit for it.
