I just found the most lovely thing in the local supermarket today. I was in the baking section and noticed that they now have Vanilla Flavoured Canderel Sachets!

Great for baking and also absolutely gorgeous in coffee!!

Thanks for that. Can I pick your brains? I have been baking scones/biscuits/cookies lately and started out trying to bake with candarel or the likes. However, when it comes to measuring out the quantities I'm not sure how much to put in, sugar weighs more than the candarel so 25g of sugar is tiny in comparison to 25g candarel, so should I substiute the candarel for sugar in weight quantity or do it more like how much of a cup it fills, ie quarter cup of candarel replaces quarter cup of sugar?

I hope my rammblings make sense. In the meantime I've just gone back to using sugar and I'm convinced it's why I've put on weight...:)
 
splenda has a conversion chart on the box if thats any help? or maybe look on the canderel website.
