Does anyone know?

If I had my last tablet last night at around 7pm and just ate something that isn't following the rules, will I get any of the side effects??

I'm really worried now as I never thought that xenical could still be in my system from yesterday, as I was having a planned day off today due to prior engagements.

You should be OK....some people report getting side effects even a few days after taking their last tablet, but I find I'm alright as long as I miss at least one tablet before having my indulgent treat.
In theory, the Xenical should only work on the fat in the meal you're eating within an hour or two of taking it. That's why we have to take them three times a day, rather than just once like a lot of ordinary medicines.
Having said that, some people do reckon they can linger in the system for a couple of days, so I suppose it's just one of those trial and error things.

Really hope that I'm like you regarding the tablets then. I only had the 1 tablet yesterday as my lunch had practically no fat in it (so did my tea to be honest but I need to take the tablets to keep me on track more than eliminate the fat)
Hopefully all will be well and I'll have no side effects. Least I have no more plans to come off the diet anywhere in the future so am well and truely back on track as of tomorrow.

Let us all know how you get on with the tablets. If you stick with the rules you shouldn't have any problems with side effects etc.

I've been on xenical almost 3 weeks now and have been finding it really easy (til today lol) and haven't suffered at all

I am one of the unfortunates who can have side effects up to about 48 hours after my last tablet but if you only had 1 yesterday you should be fine.
