hi everyone, I've noticed I'm eating like, 2-4 bags of pork scratchings a day, should I be worried? How many bags are you people eating? I find them hard to cut down on because they are the perfect snack, so satisfying, no carbs, and cheap!
I had 1 or 2 a day when i first started (70g bags) now i have a 20g bag when i need to snack which isnt often or i'll buy a 65g bag when at work and pick at it throughout the shift
Where are you buying them? What make I'm in Ireland I think i ate them on holidays before. Are they just dried pork fat in bite size pieces?Is thats them happy days...Beef jerky is lovely but not for everyone
I get them from the pub now, but I used to buy the black country ones at a local butcher's, can't remeber the name of them any more, but they were 0 carbs.
