Search facility not working :( Can somebody tell me the syn value for this please??

I have been trying to use the search facility to work out the syns for the following - but it is just not bringing anything up I am asking it to search for???

I have made the following :

3 eggs (free)
Sweetner (free)
Vanilla Flavouring (free)
Skinny Cow chocolate sachet (2syns)
5 scan bran (??)
Quark (free)
Strawberries (free)

So its the scan bran I need to know about - was thinking I could use part as my HEb but have no idea now how many as I am sure it changed?? Also I don't know the syn value per slice anymore so can't work out how syned the cake is & could do with knowing before going for another slice

hey, couldn't find the syn value for scanbran but under EE B healthy extra you can have 5 oat/scanbran. Hope that helps x x x

oooh I just noticed that you said Original!..just checked it is still 5 oat/scan bran for healthy b x x x I think if I remember rightly it is 1 syn a slice...and soon it will be changed to 1 and half per slice... I THINK! x x x

I am supposed to have 1 with my porridge every morning but never do (opps!) so I am guessing then the only syns would be the skinng cow choc sachet??

oh I am off for another slice in that case as its not a bad cake!!

Yeh I would guess so... if you are using scanbran as HEX eat the lot lol x x

I did edit it again!... I didn't even realise!! I just copied the scanbran bit and then when I posted it the whole blimming thing came up!!! mental!! :-s oopsss :cry:

full list has gone now so no worries there
