I am not amused, looked in my book as these were on offer and thought my boyf and i would have them for tea as he has a fasting blood test in the morning.
all of them on the syns online say 2 or 3 syns thought that was fine.
looked it up when i got home and they are over thirty sins each, so i have washed mine under a cold tap!! probably injected with fat or something!! so i am not happy just needed to rant GRRR
