Super speed foods

I appreciate this is probably a really daft question, but I'm still getting to grips with all this

When it says 1/3 of your meal should be super speed foods, does it mean at least 1/3? Just had salmon with a plate full of super speed veg for my tea and then panicked that maybe it was the ratio of free food to super speed foods that made the food optimising work??

Just hope I haven't got it wrong on my first proper day :)

As Allie said it can be quite confusing between Superfree and Superspeed... It is recommended that you eat as much superspeed foods as possible as they tend to speed your weightloss hence the 'speed'.. and superfree are things that you should stock up on as this will make you feel less hungry to eat syns.

In each EE meal you should have 1/3 free foods - example chicken, lean meats, trimmed bacon etc... and then 2/3's superfree.. so things like salads, fruit and veg... bare in mind that peas do not count as superfree - although sugarsnap peas and mangetout do.

Hope that explains x x
