Hi All

I havent got round to doing this for myself yet (still on my first week and learning lol) but can I ask some questions please

Can I freeze these? so peel and par boil, let cool then freeze until I am ready to eat them?

Also I know I will get bored with them after a while, and I have seen pics of peoples chips/wedges that have "stuff" on them (as you can tell i am not good in the kitchen lol) What "stuff" can I put on them? I am assuming paprika but anything else at all???

Thank you
x

i use garlic power, schwartz season all or chilli powder on mine, makes them really tasty!

Ah ok, I keep reading about these Schwartz thingies, are they in different flavours and stuff?

Where do I find chilli and garlic powder in the supermarket? are they with all the spices and stuff?

Thank you for your reply xxx

Yep all with the spices, schwartz do loads of different ones, bbq, spicy etc... have a look in that area in the supermarket for more.
Also you can always make cheesy chips with some melted laughing cow extra light cheese :)

oooo cheesy chips - that sounds fantastic :)

Ok so I am sorted for that so does anyone know if i can freeze them so I can peel a bulk load then keep them til I need them (tis only me eating them) x

Nandos have brought out a new Peri Peri chip sprinkle powder, I got it in Tesco, I use that.... yum yum yum!

I would say you can, as they defrost they might get a bit soggy so pat them with kitchen roll before you put them in the oven to make sure they go crispy....
Maybe try loaded potato skins too? you can fill withthe same chees, bacon and spring onions :)

Knorr Aromat is really tatsy too!

i use the all season on my chips and also love the nandos and the peri peri spice over them as well :) or fresh cracked pepper and salt is nice

I use on that's called Spicy Season All (I think) from Schwartz. It's really versatile, as I use it on meat and fish as well, and it goes down a storm in our house!

I agree, thats my fav too
