Anyone switched from Lipotrim to CD?

Hi there,

I've been on Lipotrim for two weeks now and have lost 17lb's so far which i'm really pleased about.
However, I'm finding the really limited choice of shakes a bit of a nightmare (only like choc and straw, vanilla is awful and chicken soup is yuk!) and i'm scared I'm going to get bored and think 'sod this'. So i'm considering switching as am I right in thinking CD has much more variety?
Has anyone switched successfully?
Do you think its ok to do this? And if I start the same day without a break I should stay in ketosis shouldn't I?

Meeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! I did LT for 4wks and have been on CD about 2 months. I'm nearly finished now though as I'm close to goal. CD is brilliant :D Much better choice and it helps you stick to the diet.

If you switch over without a break you'll stay in ketosis. Best of luck :p
 
I'll have been on LT too for 4 weeks when I plan to switch so thats great.
The cost is pretty much the same isn't it?

i did lipotrim for 9 weeks and then discovered cambridge as i got to a point where i was so sick of the same old choc shake day in day out (like yourself).i have found cambridge much more enjoyable as there are tonnes of flavours and they are so good! Also it kick started my weight loss again for the better and my counsellor is practically on my doorstep and knows the programme inside out (unlike the lipotrim pharmacist).let me know if you have any further questions.emma
 
I was doing Lipotrim, but my chemist ran out of stock and it c**ked me up big time, so am hoping to change to Cambridge this weekend
 
me too .. did LT for 15 weeks , then hiyt a wall and knew I needed to change to something that didnt bore me so much so I started CD ... the variety and taste is amazing compared to LT , although I do find it harder to stick to , but that could also be that I am down to 1.5 stone within goal and it does get harder ... glad I swapped tho :)
 
Thats fab thanks. Booked to start on 10th May and looking forward to it.
