How can a sandwich with 250 calories be 12.5 syns? That's the rule when counting nothing free and no healthy extra. Surely only the mayo should be synned!

you also need to syn the bread as they are normal slices of bread and not the small ones from a 400g loaf and there will also be spread on the bread as well

Ready made sanwiched don't have a free food allowance so its ALL synned. If its wholemeal bread you can deduct 6 syns but thats rare. If you want a low syn sandwich you have to make your own unfortunatly!
