Exercising

I always agree with exercising, not only as part of a diet but to generally make life easier. However... my CDC says I shouldnt do as much as I am because I will make myself hungry and more importantly I am not having enough calories to burn off.

I tend to go home from work and do 40 minutes to an hour of aerobics and then 20 minutes of toning my body up.

I have cut this down to 4 times a week now (which im not happy about lol). I am terrified of having to have surgery for all the lose skin when I achieve target and it is also an outlet for anger.

Anyone else the same?

On SS, its best if you take it a bit easy for the first couple of weeks and then increase it if you find that you can manage it.

Make sure you drink water, before exercising, during and after it......

But dont go over the top and find it hard to recover..

You do have to be a bit careful as you're just not consuming the carbs required for strenuous work-outs. I made the big mistake once of going for a (moderate) work-out at the gym 6 hours after having my breakfast shake ... I was trying to exercise on an 'empty tank' and couldn't seem to drum up any energy at all. Then when I got home, I literally passed out on the sofa for about 20 minutes! I felt utterly washed out when I came round - not a good experience.

I'm about to start at a new gym and I'll be a lot more careful this time.
