Ok so I am going away this weekend to the Lake District and there will be lots of walking involved meaning packed lunches... what am I going to take? I want to save my HE's and as many sins as possible for the evenings and I know the others are veggie so it will need to be green days as I am not doing EE. Can anyone help? I thought of making a vat of pasta salad but what will taste good and help me, energy wise, up the mountains?
