basically i found some breaded cod fillets in sainsburys they are 2.3g of fat per 100g, and some oven chips which are 2.6g of fat per 100g, and some baked beans are 0.2g of fat per 100g.
so with the adjusted weights and stuf it all comes to 7g of fat for the whole meal.
does that sound ok to you?

You're allowed 15g per meal. So in theory you can have double of that :D

hey, i had it, was lovely except the breadcrumbs on the fish were disgusting lol so i just ate the fish out the middle.

i am annoyed today as we are off to the zoo and i am making packed lunch, but there is no nutritional info on my greggs bloomer bread so dont know if i can have it grr
