My own Lamb & Potato Tikka Mossalla - Is it syn free?

Will be thin god dammit!!
I came home with nothing prepared tonight and set about making my own little version of a lamb tikka massalla.
I used:

Lean cubed lamb
2 red onions
Tinned potatoes
Chopped tinned tomatoes
Tikka powder
A little chicken stock
Spinach
1 Tbsp low fat fromage frais and fresh coriander stirred through at the end

Basically dry fried the lamb and onion,
added tinned potatoes and the tikka popwder and coated it all.Then added chopped tomatoes, spinach and chicken stock. Let that simmer til reduced and leave on low heat for 30 mins or so. Stirred through some low fat fromage frais and fresh coriander before serving with basmati rice.

I Think this is free but would love any help from you guys to make sure as this is my first week :D
 
Yes this would be free on red and EE as long as all the visible fat has been removed from the meat.
 
Im doing extra easy so im well happy with that!
