Hi everyone!
I am new here, just started slimming world nearly two weeks ago and i love it, it is so easy!
Although in my first week i was very strict, weighed everything etc and did a LOT of cycling the weekend before weigh in but had only lost 3 lbs and it felt like a lot more :/ can anyone give me any tips?
