really struggling! :(

Mum to two!
I keep switching between WW and SW, I don't know why as I know I do generally better with SW. I have managed (with all this yo-yo-ing) to shift 4lbs in 4weeks, better than nothing I guess.

I'm just really struggling to stick to anything!

Please pretty please can you lovely folk help me by suggesting some dinners, Green, that are healthy and filling. I have slow cooker.

I think part of the problem is being stuck in a rut with meals at the minute, I have "eaters block" and can't think of anything decent for dinner.

I need to lose around 30lbs, just struggling to get started. Any tips to kickstart my motivation, willpower and general mood muchly appreciated!! Xx
 
Hi hun, well done on the 4lbs. I've put the recipes for veggi chilli and smash pizza in the recipe section, the are loads of ideas there. Good luck in getting your mojo back x
 
Hey there!

Firstly 1lb a week isnt something to sniff at Hun..so well done!

I have a varied plan, I try Red, Green and EE to get things going, but there are plenty of meals out there to try that are suitable for the Green plan only.
Have a look at the recipe section on here and even the Food diaries to give you some ideas. Freeze some meals as well, as if you are anything like me there are times when you dont really want to cook.
Plan ahead and try to stick to your choices for that day.

Thanks guys. Don't know what's wrong with me at the minute. It was so easy last time. I did 14weeks without going off-plan even a smidge. X

If you want to use your slow cooker, then what about a veg stew? Sweet and white potatoes, chopped tomatoes, chicken bovril stock, chilli, sweetcorn, carrots.. you could also add, parsnips, brocoli, beans and different curry powders too, plus salt and black pepper. Rather like a Veg curry. xx
