EE and pasta bake

Im doing my first week on EE and want to make tuna pasta bake tonight. Is it right with EE you have to have 1/3 of your plate free food? if so what can i have with my pasta bake?

They say on the SW site that they know some meals don't go with 1/3 superfree so sometimes it won't matter if you don't have it with your meal.
I would still try to have a salad though.

Defo salad for me. I try to have veg or salad with all my evening meals

its got sweetcorn and leeks in it and im having a courgette on the side....is that enough?
