My Weekly Planner

I am such a list person (anal apparently!!:eek:) ) I decided to write out what we will eat for the week (EE) and buy to suit - it takes some time but at least we know what we are having as I work long hours and I would go off the wagon!! So here goes - let me know what you think........

Wednesday 28th April

Breakfast
Red Grapefruit, 1oz Muesli (HEXB) and Natural yogurt with sweetner

Lunch
Ploughmans (Hard boiled eggs,cold new pots, ham and pickled onions) served with lots of salad with fat free dressing, and carrot sticks followed by fruit and yogurt

Dinner
Homemade Pork burgers served on Big mushrooms with cheese (HEXA) served with SW chips, and homemade coleslaw (made with lots of cabbage (any colour), carrot and onion dressing made with Extra light mayo and from frais (2 SYNS)

SF Jelly 0.5 SYN
Hot choccie 2 SYNS
2 Ameretti biscuits 2 SYNS TOTAL 6.5 SYNS

Thursday 29th April

Breakfast
Yogurt and Fruit and a Hifi (HEXB)

Lunch
Ham roll ups (laughing cow spread (HEXA) on lean ham and rolled up) served with salad, carrot and celery sticks, cold new pots and fat free dressing followed by yogurt and fruit.

Dinner
Chicken stir fry - chicken breast stir fried with lots of veggies adding 1 tbsp oyster sauce (1 SYN) serve with noodles
may add prawn crackers @ 4 syns per 15g - depends howI feel

SF Jelly 0.5 SYNS
Hot choccie 2 SYNS
2 Ameretti biscuits 2 SYNS TOTAL 5.5 or 9.5 syns

Friday 29th April

Breakfast
2 Nimble wholemeal toast (HEXB) jam (2 syns) yogurt and fruit

Lunch
Potato salad - new pots, shallot, chives, from frais v/l mayo (1syn) served with chopped ham, salad and carrot sticks followed by fruit and yogurt

Dinner - friends coming for dinner
Beef Goulash with rice and lots of veg (4 syns)
Fruit terrine (fast food sw cook book) (1 syn)

TOTAL 8 syns (may have a redvers so could add a few more syns) :)


Saturday - will start my new weeks plan
