Is there a popin everyweek? just a query? or is it just to start with!!!!

Hi Jodie, it's just the first couple of weeks, but if you want them to carry on your councillor will still see you if you ask, that's what our's does anyway!

Jodie - my LLC told me it was only necessary for first couple of weeks although we could go every week if we wanted to. To be honest I haven't been to pop in since week 3 as weight loss slows down and I found it a bit disheartening to have only lost a pound, it's much better for my mind to see the 3-4lbs loss at the end of each week
