why dont you sign up to www.myfitnesspal.com there you can find calories in most foods, and keep a record online and add excercise etc, it's helped me stick to the right amount of calories as i can actually see when ive gone over and when im having a good day!

oh and you can also record your weigh ins and produce charts

tut got there before me summer but it really does help gemma i use it every day without fail.. easy to use too.
