Sweet Potato and Prawn Curry

Hi,

I was looking through the ExtraEasy recipe last night in group and saw one that looked yummy for prawn and sweet potato curry I think it was.

I couldn't buy the book because I didn't have enough cash on me but I really want to try the recipe so if anyone could help that would be fabulous as I have both prawns and sweet potato in the house.
