Can anyone tell me if you can do CD if aneamic or got Vitamin d deficiency (I have both).

I am anaemic and my GP signed my form but double check. It might depend on how anaemic you are.

i think that it would help with being anaemic as all the vits and mins are in the pack for you. the only worry is that if you are already on tablets for both your iron levels and your vit d it might be too much so you might have to get it checked and altered.
