Introducing myself :)

Hello everyone, I've had a nosey on this board from time to time and after seeing some of your AMAZING weight losses - and with an impending wedding to attend (I'm the maid of honour!) - I've decided this is the diet for me! :D

So I popped to my chemist this morning and got myself 2wks worth of LT which I'll be starting tomorrow :)

The wedding is in July and I'm currently 13st  I got a shock when I was weighed, I thought I weighed less :S I'm hoping to reach atleast 11st by July 10th. Do you think it's possible? Or should I be thinking more along the lines of 11st 7lbs?

Anyway, I can't wait to get to know you all :D

Hello & Welcome Julie,

Lipotrim is fantastic for fast results providing you stick to it 100% and make sure you drink lots of water. You will surely lose 2 stones by July, many people lose almost a stone in their first week!

Good Luck & Keep us posted on how you are getting on

HI there - welcome to the forum,
i reckon you can do that!!

Good Luck.

welcome to the forum, i am sure if you stick to it your goal weight will easily be achieveable by the wedding x

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you stick to the diet 100% and keep drinking your water. I wouldn't be suprised if you lost the 2 stone sooner than July. And if your tempted to "cheat" come on here and have a moan. There is always someone here :). Good Luck with your 1st week, and let us know how you are doing.

I started at 12:9 after losing half a stone with sensible dieting. I lost 2 stone 2 pounds in eight weeks, went back to sensible eating after refeed and lost a further half a stone, so yes it more that achievable you just have to stick to it.

:welcome2:The key to sucess seems to be 100% sticking to TFR. I reckon if you do you will achieve your goal. Good luck on your journey.

Hi Julie

It is more than achievable....I started LT last year at over 14 st and I am now 11 3...I have had a few blips when maintaining and am currently just over 11stone...I lost almost 4 stone in 14wks, so it is more than achievable, but as the others said, that was going it 100%!!

It is a tough diet, and there will be times when you will have to dig deep into your reserves and keep going, esp when you feel like giving up! As there will be times like that. But, tough as it is, it is the fastest diet I have done and you will learn to love your shakes!!!!!! And miss them when you start eating again :)

Keep on here for inspiration and help and a good old moan when you need it!

Look forward to hearing how you do; just keep in your mind why you are doing this and that you CAN get to where you want!

Take care
