Is it ok to do 1 week SS and 1 week SS+? Its my 1st week back, and I nearly caved and had a salad last night, but I didn't as I told my CDC I was going to do SS this week, and I would have felt Id cheated. But could I alternate week by week? I can't wait for WI tomorrow, will deffo be buying some orange water flavour, Also, although my clothes don't feel looser, the tape measure says Ive lost 2.5 inches off my waist since last Thursday, is this possible?
