I lost 1lbs last week
I lost 1lbs this week

I know its a loss and its beter than a sts or a gain BUT I worked really hard

I did 3 hours over 5 days on my treadmill, spring cleaned my house scrubbing carpets, drank fluids green tea and stuck to my plan didnt go over and had 2 less over the week....

I did my measurements and from last month they arent great ?

This always happens to me since I kept doing VLCD I have slow losses I know they lower our metabolism to 0 but I havent done a VLCD for months?

It maybe totm I never know except my moods change which weas last week as I have a coil,so maybe its that ?

I have 6 stone 3 to target so have loads to lose and I did set a target of oct 2011 my birthday but was hoping as I had a faster start this time on ww that id do 2lbs most weeks?

I asked how do people lose 4-5lbs a week on ww,I do as plan says and Im now worried it will go to 1/2lbs and sts next?

Any help would be appreciated,I do thia alone at home so have no leader to help

thanks:( xx

Im wanting to know the same tbh, i do it all alone, i have been losing 1lbs for as long as i can remember. The only time i lost more was when i did the wendy plan.
I know we all lose weight at different rates etc.. but i would also like to know what others think.
Sorry i am no help, but wanting you to know im the same :)

This isn't exactly helpful - but sometimes it's useful to know others are experiencing the same! I never lose more than 1-2lbs and the 2lbs is usually a massive shock and doesn't happen very often. I am also exercising quite a bit and if I don't exercise I don't lose anything at all, so on WW plan I am basically just maintaining which is a bit depressing really. (We kind of all hope there will be a point when we can ease off a bit and maintain, unfortunately looks like I will maintain on 19pts which isn't a whole lot really!)

Anyway, that probably isn't helping you! You have probably seen me post this before but every 1lb is 8 sausages which is actually quite a lot of human fat to lose. Just think of those sausages wrapped round your waist! Just keep thinking to yourself that every 1lb is a step forward. And at least you are managing to be consistent so far so a little bit every week will be a huge difference in 3 months time.

Chin up chuck!

l know where your coming from hun(have done a vlcd 2yrs on and off ) as you know l had a sts last week and after a look on the scales this morning lm still sts  l have my weigh in on Wednesday l also do this at home , l have being very disciplined and have stuck to my points l have also exercised like a demon all week just very frustrating lets see what happens next week ((HUGS))

Thanks I did see you havent much to lose so maybe thats why you are having 1lbs a week? I think I have 80-90lbs more than you god knows what will happen when I get to your weight?
Well done for sticking it out xx

Thanks xx My mum lost 50lb in a year on ww she is 4ft 11 and was 58 then she was on 18 points at maintance and exercised alot in the end she hurt her knee so couldnt do the exercise and the weight came back on?
Im only on 22 points now and I have 6 stones to lose so its a worry I may just lose 4 1/2 more then see as I think I will be on 16 at maintance? I think its yoyoing thats done it .
I hope we all get a big loss soon xx

Yep I know I did feel for you last week,I lost 1.5 from Thursday and this morning it was 1lb?? I think I may change my weigh in to weds as the weekend I eat the points I save?
I can see why I yoyo but maybe we should do a thread for slow losers and we can vent to each other and spur each other on?

Thank you guys for taking the time to reply I suppose by late summer we could be doing great hey xx

Hiya hun, try not to get disheartened (easier said than done I know) you've done so well on your weight loss so far. I never lose alot, and get really de-motivated, which is why I end up giving up and piling what bit I've lost back on! Keep going hun, and even if it is only 1lb a week, that'll be 4-5 lbs off in a month. You never know, it might just be a plateu you've reached, and maybe your metabolism adjusting. Stick it out hun, you're doing great! :D

Hi thanks hun I am abit sad today I had a loss so should as you say look at the big picture.
I have made my goal higher as I feel I havent been my 1st goal for 18 years so will go for what I weighed in 2006 as I was a size 12-14 and see how I feel then?
Hope your ok and thanks again xx

Perhaps it all the exercise, muscle weighs more than fat and when your working out your building it up, so you might be losing fat but gaining muscle if you know what i mean. I think your doing really well, and its much better to lose it slowly and keep it off for good.
