Any alternatives to Fibre 89 ?

Hi,

Do anyone know if there is an alternative to the Fibre 89, used with the Cambridge Diet, as both hubby and I are doing the diet a jar dont last too long..

Hiya, try psyllium husks in powder form, can be added to your shakes to thicken them up as well.... You can order it from Healthspan Vitamin supplements. Buy tax-free vitamins online with Healthspan and its not too pricey. I think you can get tablets as well. Or else try Holland & Barrett

Hi Kazz..

Is the powder form, or the tablets for more effective ?
Guess the plus side you can add the powder to the shakes !

powder all the way!!

the capsules have a funny coating and just don't seem to bulk up as much!!

use sparringly....much more effective than fibre 89 in my experience!!

Definately psyllium husks in powder form, it works & is dirt cheep, all health shops sell it....xxx
