Hi guys. so i went out last night for hubbys birthday. we went for drinks first then for an italian. Can anyone tell me how many syns I had. Here is what I had

4 halves sweet cider
minestrone soup
spagetti bolognese

I couldnt belive I resisted the garlic pizza with cheese, the thick sliced bread with mounds of butter and peppered steak with home made chips covered in a peppered sauce...oooohhhh yummmmm.
