On here I heard someone mention philly light stuffed chicken breast wrapped with ham and it sounded lush.

How would I go about cooking it? I have chicken breasts in the freezer, I bought tesco's verson of philadelphia - extra light garlic and herb and some parma ham.

I'm assuming I defrost the chicken, cut a pouch/slice in it put the cheese in (how much though?) and wrap with ham and bake in the oven but how long and what temperature?

I'm not used to cooking yet lol I get my timings muddled and things are finished at wrong times lol

Thanks in advance if you can help xxx

I posted that and funnily enough have one in the oven now. Cut the chicken breast. Stuff in the cheese. Wrap in parma ham or bacon, and throw in oven. Around 20 minutes usually does it depending on size. Maybe half hour I have also put in mini peppers and small tomatos on the vine with it. It smells divine. How much cheese? Depends really. I put in one of the mini pots. I can be sure of points then.

It is sooo good, such a tasty dish!! :D

Spoonfuls of philly, I find a tablespoon of it is usually enough, and point at 1pt for a tablespoon.

Enjoy :D
