Hello, could anyone let me know how many syns are in Asda packet sponge mixes both Victoria & chocolate mixes please.

i know the morrisons sponge mix is 36.5 syns, and i believe asda one i just below 40 xx

it says in the sw book .. standard cake mix dry 28g =4.5 all plans.. and 28g made up as directed =4.5 dont quite understand why they give 2 answers though perhaps someone knows

Thanks for the quick replies, I'm going to make the Banana & Maltezers cakes but couldn't find a low fat cake mix.
