Cottage / Shephards Pie ?

We have a 500gr pack of tescos irish lean beef mince, which we mainly buy when shopping.
the missus always boils this up then drains before adding the potatoes etc.

Can anyone please give me some idea of what syns im using on a red day (just for the mince, im using the potatoe as a heb i think?)
 
Hi Mechman, you can't use the potato as a B unless they have the skins on still (which would be yuk in mash), could you have an EE day instead? In which case it would be really low in syns, but don't know exactly without recipe. x
 
thanks louise, basically the missus just uses the mince and an oxo cube with 400gr of mash
