lost a 1lb

happy today lost 1lb this morning i am on my way to lose that stone .Does anyone eles weigh at the weekend x

I weighon a saturday too. I also lost 1lb!! really pleased but after having a week away at easter and putting on 2, i feel its another month wasted where i am the same at the end of the month.

And its my birthday next saturday, but sooo need to stay on plan!!!
