Hi Everyone
I did SW last year, but didn't keep it up. It really worked for me and i should have carried on. I have been on a VLCD since and lost a couple of stone but it's too difficult to keep up with so piled it back on. I am stuck in the USA at the moment and have decided that when i get back i'll restart SW. i see there are some familiar faces still here so hopefully there's still lots of strong support. I can't afford to go to classes so i'll be DIY'ing it!
