Nedd help with dinner,Quick !!!!

Im doing seafood in garlic with pasta for dinner, for half the packet it is 5.5 syns however there is a shellfish choice in heb for prawns, squid and mussles for 140 g each but not a sea food selection choice half a packet is 130 g do you think i could use this as a heb or to syn ? hope that makes sense !
