well after a difficult start i finally went and got weighed today (after being one sachet short yesterday, silly man) and ive lost 4kg (well chemist said 4kg but works out at 3.8kg, which ill take it as being i guess)..not sure what that is in lbs but hey all in the right direction..so pleased with myself

nb. just checked on a conversion site and its 8 1/2lbs so go me lol!

i found the first three days hell but settling into it now and all seems to be fine ..so far! just stick with it, just think of the quick results
