I just ate big bowl of chopped Banana, Pear and Grapes topped with a toffee Mullerlight and a tablespoon of Maple Syrup (2 syns) sitting in the morning sun :) It was very relaxing and pleasant, perfect start to a Saturday morning for me, how are you spending yours?

I started mine with a black coffee, activia yogurt, summer fruits and an alpen bar sprinkled over the top.... perfect start to what looks like it could be a lovely day...time for a walk at the coast me thinks

Breakfast is strawberries, melon and pineapple followed by a shape yoghurt.

I have got some gardening to do this morning and then later I am going to go and see if I can find something to wear to a party that I am going to in 2 weeks. Most of my clothes are now too big but I don't want to spend a fortune as I would like to lose more weight so may only wear it a couple of times.

Fresh pineapple, followed by an activia yogurt... so far. I always graze my way through breakfast! :)

Check out the local charity shops!!! They have been my absolute best friend as I have been losing weight!!

There is a clothes exchange thread on here which I think is a great idea but I haven't had much luck on there yet ....I don't think people use it much

Sat here reading through the threads whist eating a bowl of porridge :)

Going to go for a nice long walk down the beech soon & enjoy this sunshine!!

I tried those yesterday but no luck. On the plus side though I walked it to and from town which is about an 8 mile round trip. (hopefully that will boost my loss this week). I only need a 1lb to get my 1 and a half stone award.

I'm running a bit late this morning (Minimins isn't helping matters either ;)) so haven't had breakfast yet, but in a bit I'll have an Activia yoghurt,an Alpen light and some fruit. Then it's off to football for my son's last game of the season. Fingers crossed for a win or my hubby (who's the manager) and my son will be grumps for the rest of the day!!!

I started mine with 2 eggs scrambled, 1/2 tin of baked beans and bacon from my green day hexb

....you defo get a lot with that though so I have saved some for maybe later in the day... can't think what to do with it maybe should have just chucked it all in the pan lol

Definitely made a difference from my usual 2 weetabix! More time if I don't have to make sure the kids are ready for school I guess for getting scales out :)

Hubby made same for himself plus mushrooms... I forgot we had mushrooms in fridge

*sulk*

lol

I started off my day sitting in my lovely warm quiet conservitory with a Fruit Salad with Banana, Apple, Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries covered in a Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt and a big mug of hot tea :)

Then my parents got up and ruined my peace ughh lol!

Looks like it's gonna be a beaauuuitful day though :D

Everyone else is so sophisticated, I started my day off with a bowl of baked beans and a pear, hehe.. I ate it whilst catching up on here. Off shopping now though - yippee.

Happy Saturday everyone x

Mine started rather annoying at half 6 this morning when I woke up! But I made a cup of coffee and went back to bed with a book.

I've just had scrambled eggs and beans on WW wholemeal toast for brekkie - yum :)

I've had mini honey nut shredded wheat with milk from my allowance & a large glass of sugar free juice to dilute. I normally have a bowl of fruit as well ~ strawberries, pineapple and grapes but I'm going to save this for later as I'm not that hungry yet & I'll be having a late dinner as my hubbie is at work all day.

Might take the boys out somewhere later but not sure where - maybe for a run a long the beach or something as it's gorgeous out there - would have to get dressed first though lol!!

Enjoy your day whatever you're doing xx

I had puffed wheat, coffee and a banana, now doing washing and watching the kids playing, while waiting for my parents to come :)
