ok so its my birthday monday, I haven't planned to go out or anything but I'd quite like to treat myself to something a bit special for tea. I had thought of perhaps allowing myself 50 points for the day which is an over spend of 25 but still a limit so I don't go off the rails completely. However I see the nurse Friday for my 2nd weigh in and I really really want a nice loss so am thinking I should just stick to my points.
