Second day of sole source

Hi all, I'm on my second day of sole source !! Ive tried this diet and been really succesful a few times but ive only managed
to stick to it for about 3 weeks. I'm a typically nightmare dieter so i could do with all the advice and friends in the same boat I can get. Good luck
