food label confusion

I am doing low carb, and was wondering what I need to be looking for on food labels.

Is it total carbs, or carbs which sugars that I am meant to be checking?

Hello, here in the UK the net carbs are worked out for us on the labels. So when you see carbs that is what you count, ignore the sugars & fibre.
So just count the carbs & nothing else. Easy isn't it! :D
