Slowly Getting There ....
*stands up*

Hi, I'm Bashful, and I'm a fatty boom batty :)

One day, with all your help, I hope to become a skinny minnie lol

My rambly rambly weightloss blog is here if you fancy having a look at my beached-whale before photo lol... just don't eat just before ;)

Please please please tell me where I may be going wrong.. I promise I won't cry... much ;)

I'm just so so scared that I'll get on the scales for the first time on Tuesday and I'll have put weight on :(

Breakfast
HexB 2 weetabix

egg fried rice
muller light

Dinner
pasta (eaten with 2 syns pasta sauce and HexA2 cheese)
fruit salad

HexA 250ml ss milk

Snacks- cold cooked vegetables (cos I is strange lol)
can of pepsi max

Special K bar (not worth it at all! yuck!) 4 1/2

As soon as I can locate some hexB cereal bars I'll be having then just about every day I think :)

I did consider EE because one A and 1 B seem fine for me but I'm worried already that I may not lose weight with all the carbs, so adding as much meat as I want into it prob won't help much... lol

Fiiinally managed to locate some Alpen light bars- not on offer though so won't be able to eat them a lot *booo* lol.. at least I can easily add an extra hexb now if we have some in :)

Went to catterick market earlier.... oh the smells there! Burgers and chips... fudges and cookies, loads of cakes....

Managed to ignore them all but remember this is only my first week and I'm scared I won't actually lose any weight... give me a few weeks and I'll probably be blowing my whole week's syns if i go there! hehe

(goodness you don't get much do you? I struggle to eat 2 weetabix but the tinyness of this is sumink else! Didn't get hungry til lunch tho so was obviously enough and I'm just a greedy greedy ;) )

Good luck at the weigh in, I'm sure you will be fine. Do you eat different amounts of Maltesers? You put them as different sins on each day

Yup... we took the syns for the big bag (well for a higher weight box to be entirely sure- so we'd oversyn if you see what I mean?)

...then worked out for that bag how many syns per malteser.. and when worked out rounded up every time instead of down to be doubly sure I couldn't eat more syns than I thought :)

...yes, I *am* that much a control freak ... and yes it drives everyone around me totally bonkers

I've bought the celebration curly wurlys and they are in the freezer lol... still not going to go over syns but tonight I'm doing my full 15!!! lol

(well 14 and a half I think... had cake earlier that was 8 1/2 lol)

I may even cut one into 12 pieces so I can go for my full 15 as a celebration tonight

Just a suggestion about the windy pops. Well two words actually. Quorn. Curry. ;)

I had a really rushed lunch today. Had to run in the house grab something to eat and then straight up the school, banana, grapes, apple and Muller yog. You want to talk wind? Ooh dear!
