I normally blend it does that count as my third of superfree for that meal?

Do you mean superfree? Superfree (SF) and superspeed (SS) foods are different things. Some superfree foods are superspeed, but not all superspeed foods are superfree.

But if you meant if you made it out of all superfree and blended it, as long as it did actually make up 1/3 then it should be fine.
